(SAP) Testing and Training Coordinator

The ICT Department has 50 employees and is responsible for the ICT of the G-Star organization worldwide.

G-Star has a wide range of customized and standard applications. Customized applications are now replaced by standard software packages. The (SAP) Testing and Training Coordinator will participate in the project to implement SAP SD/MM (AFS) ECC 6.0 and is responsible for coordinating all activities related to testing and training.
After completion of this project we expect you to fulfill a responsible role in the ICT department.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• creating and maintenance of test and training plans
• generating and maintenance of test and training environments
• configuration and ensuring proper use of test control software
• coordinating the creation of test and alternative scenarios
• coordination of the implementation of tests and trainings
• draft training documentation
• coach and motivate (key) users in their activities related to testing and training
• 1st level support after going live including: Issue, Ticket and Change request management in consultation with the Change Manager
• reviewing and approval of documents, created by the project team or key users, related to testing or training (e.g. documents which are part of the test basis, process descriptions as well as documents for the implementation and test and alternative scenarios)

Requirements & Qualifications

• in-depth experience with several SAP Modules (for instance as SAP consultant or business analyst)  
• extensive, hands-on experience with different kinds of testing, such as regression tests, stress tests, system tests and functional acceptance tests
• Bachelor/Master degree
• hands-on experience with user training
• fluent in English
• strong focus on result and the ability to work independent
• excellent soft skills; open personality, strong in communication, service oriented
• knowledge of the Dutch language is an advantage.
