ING is looking for two enthousiastic Junior Application Support Analysts withinin the Financial Markets space.
Job description:
- Provide (skilled) first line support and maintenance on cross border applications in accordance with ITIL best practice.
- Manage Service Request/Incident/Problem status using standard service management tools
- Actively monitor and own Incidents and user questions, and provide the right communications channels
- Work in an user-centred approach, seeking to provide the users with an informed single point of contact for all IT requirements.

The global market access system service delivery department (25+ FTE) focusses on delivering pricing, trading, post trade and reporting application support services across several asset classes.
We have a global reach and customers in Amsterdam, Brussels, London, NY and Singapore locations. There is a close interaction between the department and business (traders and business management).

Personal profile:
- Professional Bachelor degree in IT (HBO+)
- Experience in technical environments is a preference
- Experience with functional and technical application management (ITIL) is a preference
- Experience with one of the following: Oracle, PL/SQL, Linux (Unix) is a preference
- Excellent written and oral skills in English
- Structured and disciplined way of working
- Preferably basic banking knowledge
