The total IT team is 6 FTE in the expertise of Consultants of BA (business applications for retail and ERP). System Engineers, Servicedesk and Infrastructure are insourced with another company

• Solve operational incidents in the ICT landscape within 2nd and 3rd line
• Reports, analysis and improvement regarding problem management
• Interpret business needs, datamodelling, design of functional specs and impact analysis
• Training
• Coordination of testing and releasemanagement
• Member of the regional and global change advisory board
• Change management
• Manage escalations, support, projects and planning
• Manage on site and off shore resources
• Responsible for technical and functional documentation

Functie-eisen:

• Bachelor's degree within IT/Technology
• Minimum of 5 years experience as Oracle specialist (Business suite or JD Edwards) or ERP related systems
• Preferably knowledge of Extended knowledge of AP, AR, bank&cash mngt, general accounting/sales and ordering/logistics
• Good knowledge of ITIL, MS Office
• Analytical, service minded, pro active, teamplayer
• Good communication skill. English is a must
